For over 20 years Hollywood’s Productions has collaborated with the ACM’s longest standing sponsor, MillerCoors. HWP provided branded party essentials for the festival and a VIP zone for MillerCoors’ guests with access for the award show.

The 4th annual Party for a Cause festival was a privilege for HWP to be a part of. A charitable branch of the ACM’s is the Lifting Lives program, which is funded through the festival to provide support and relief for communities, veterans, schools, and more. This organization is based on the theory that through the power of music, distressed lives can be improved through musical education programs and therapy. The festival attendance enjoyed music this year from some of the best-selling country artists such as: Kenny Chesney, Dierks Bentley, and Carrie Underwood.

With this being the first year of the festival extending to a three day event, the show had higher expectations than ever. HWP helped enliven the show with three of our 360 degree party bars, serving as many as 5,000 cases of MillerCoors product to festival party goers. With each of the three party bars selling an estimated 13,000-14,000 drinks (Coors Light, Coors Banquet, Miller High Life and high-end mixed drinks and shots) between the prices of $9-11.00 dollars each day, the gross sales were over a million dollars within the festival weekend. HWP can conclude from the return of sale, that our fleet had a wild success and a large consumer reach while attending the festival.

In addition to festival organization, VIP management has become one of HWP’s many specialties. For the ACM awards show, we provided a VIP area with a branded airstream for a social gathering for guests to be entertained. This also included our passenger bus for 40 guests to be transported to and from hotels, the festival, and award show due to their granted access from the brand.  With our longstanding partnership, HWP is already looking forward to what is to come at the ACMs next year.
